The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of customer vehicles.
The Service Writer will also be expected to provide technical advice and assistance to customers regarding their vehicles and to ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ascertain their service needs.
Schedule appointments for service and repair work.
Explain the services and repairs to customers.
Prepare estimates for parts and labor.
Maintain customer records and invoices.
Communicate with technicians regarding repairs and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
