This includes coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control standards are met, managing a team of production workers, and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
The Metal Manufacturing Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality metal products to meet customer demands.
Job Description Supervise a team of production workers of 5-10 employees.
Monitor and manage the production process to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to quality standards.
Ensure completed work meets the established and historical standards for quality.
Maintain relationships and effectively coordinate with multiple points of contact, both internal and external.
Plan, schedule and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill project schedule demands.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements Willing to learn new systems and software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of metal manufacturing processes including machining, forming, and finishing Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skill both verbally and in writing.
