You:
You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in an office, including answering the phone, making appointments, organizing documents, verification of Benefits, and working with patients.
You will be the face of the practice for all patients and visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality and be able to multitask with accuracy.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using basic computer software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
