To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge,skills,and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position,and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. As designated, is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of plan designated to maximize the utilization of storage and administrative space. Oversees and coordinates the implantation of approved operational changes and performs special project assignments involving the storage of materials. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
